What anxiety feels like

Published August 14, 2013 by emotionless brain

Book of Mohs

what axiety feels like the scream

OVERWHELMING sense of dread,

Torturous thoughts squeeze my head,

Arteries full of lead;

Heart racing,

Tension displacing,

Panicky prickly pacing;

Stealing every breath,

Siphoning all that is left,

Paralyzed cerebral death;

Maddening worry,

Thoughts whipped in a fury,

Fear rendering reality blurry;

ESCAPE!

Find your peace;

The brain reels,

Body appeals,

Now you know how anxiety feels.
